All Tiers

Inviting Users

  1. Open Settings (gear icon, top-right) → MembersUsers
  2. Click "+ Add User"
  3. Enter the user's email address
  4. Select their role (see Roles & Permissions)
  5. Click Invite — an email is sent with a login link
Starter tier limit

Starter tier allows a maximum of 25 users. Professional and Enterprise have no limit.

Managing Existing Users

Teams

Teams allow you to assign ownership of data assets to a group rather than an individual:

  1. Settings → Teams"+ Add Team"
  2. Give the team a name (e.g., "Data Engineering", "Analytics")
  3. Add members to the team
  4. Assign data assets to the team via the Owner field on any asset page

Bulk User Import (Professional+)

For large organizations, users can be provisioned via SCIM from your IdP (Okta, Azure AD). Contact support@yourcompany.com to enable SCIM provisioning.
